SEI’s future is with state of the art construction materials and techniques. We are selective in our projects and only become involved with those projects that we believe in. Our objective is to create a future of buildings that do not create environmental and health problems, but have already solved them. An example of this philosophy is our project in Boca Raton, Florida. We are in negotiations with an exclusive golf course community to build a seven story luxury condominium complex.
The development will include the following features:
