SEI Developers, Inc. (SEI) is a Florida based construction company
with a history of high end construction of single family homes, town
homes and condominiums, office buildings, retail centers, and
industrial facilities. SEI Developers Inc, was formed in 1967 focusing on shopping center development, townhomes and high rise construction. In the following
years, the company expanded into residential housing, developed with
both conventional and government-assisted financing.
As SEI expanded
its services over the years, the company diversified into all facets
of the real estate business including development, construction,
operation and management, leasing and maintenance. As part of the
evolution of the company, an environmental remediation company was
formed (Bio-Science Environmental Services, Inc.) that often teams up
with SEI in this challenging environment. Bio-Science specializes in
mold remediation using a state of the art organic compound that is
formulated to digest mold and other toxic organic substances that
infest contaminated buildings.
Using SEI’s collective expertise and resources, it is able to meet
today’s challenging environmental and health concerns in a manner
which is consistent with regulatory and economic objectives. Because
